Victoria Brockfield | Getaway Host, Pilates Instructor and Meditation Facilitator
Victoria is a fully qualified Pilates mat, reformer and barre instructor, former sports model and the co-founder of Holistic HQ.
Victoria delights in finding the slow burn in class, and approaches functional movement with a diligent eye for perfect posture and flow. Fifteen years of personal yoga practice has also greatly influenced the atmosphere she creates in classes, emphasising mindfulness, breath patterns and finding the calm amidst the challenge. Victoria teaches across Melbourne at some of city’s top studios, including Breathe Wellbeing, White Dog Studios, and Armature Pilates.
Never hugely drawn to the confines of a restaurant kitchen, she craved creativity and being able to do her own thing. The last few years she has worked behind the scenes to create spectacularly healthy treats for Australia’s first Paleo food truck, and is a regular recipe writer and contributor to the That Sugar Film website.
Laura’s joy in life is cooking up and providing healthy, nutritious, seasonal and well sourced food for everyone and anyone who is fortunate enough to know her. She believes that eating well should be easy and accessible, and never a chore nor a privilege.
Stacey Irving | Massage Therapist
Stacey Leanne Massage promotes wellbeing and balance through connection to ones body. Stacey offers relaxation or remedial consultations, together with advice on maintaining wellness between treatments, all aimed at helping you achieve your goals.
Stacey’s belief is that touch and connection have an incredibly powerful impact on our physical and emotional states, relieving muscle tension, soothing pain, improving circulation and even treating certain medical conditions. It also brings about a sense of calm and quiet that is so important in all our lives.
Janelle Kingsley | Yoga Instructor
Janelle Kingsley is a spirited yoga and meditation teacher and writer based in Melbourne. Her exploration of yoga began more than ten years ago whilst studying philosophy at university.
Janelle has taught diverse groups of people, ranging from the Department of Defence, students at La Trobe University, and managers for Lush Cosmetics. Having previously worked at The Yoga Social in Melbourne’s CBD, she can now be found teaching regular classes at White Dog Studio in Footscray. She teaches Hatha and Yin styles of yoga, pranayama, meditation and Yoga Nidra.
With her bubbling energy and downright infectious laugh, it’s hard not to see the brighter side of life when in Janelle’s company.
Hannah Buttigieg | Nutrition Coach
Hannah is a behavioural change nutritionist who has been working as a drug and alcohol counsellor for 8 years. Through this history of working in the field of addiction she has come to understand human behaviours which has given her an insight into the underlying barriers which hold clients back from achieving their goals.
She is passionate about health and wellness and believes every person can reach their goals with hard work, perseverance and the right support. As the owner of Food Intelligence she tailors treatment plans to suit individual needs and works with clients to help them reach and maintain their lifestyle targets. Hannah’s prescriptions don’t involve meal plans as she understands they do not evoke long term change; instead, she investigates triggers, stressors and vulnerabilities with clients while focusing on their strengths.
Alice Chien | Life and Career Coach
Alice believes that everyone is at their best when they are doing what they truly care about. Whether it’s in work or life, it’s what sparks you that ultimately fulfills you. In her work as a mentor, facilitator and ICF accredited coach, Alice specialises in strategies for career ruts, career change, finding more purpose and helping people to thrive in their work, businesses and lives.
As well as her one-on-one coaching programs, she supports the community with workshops, events and online resources that help them create the experiences, growth and life they want.
